small room weak follow-through
The gym was spacious and well-equipped. It provided everything needed for a good workout.
I experienced bait-and-switch vibes. The room was sold as 42 m², but felt under 30 m². the duty manager's follow-up was weak. I waited over 20 minutes for a call that never came until i pushed again.

ocean view separate sinks convenient access complimentary water
i appreciated the four complimentary water bottles provided daily. the bathroom included a nice rainfall shower and two separate sinks. I found this helpful. the direct access to the shopping mall added a lot of convenience.
The sapphyr lounge experience was a bit of a letdown. I waited quite some time to be served.

The service from nakeeta at reception was particularly special. she made my departure nice. The hotel overlooks the ocean and has a beautiful view. rooms have many power points. This is very convenient.

unprofessional attitude no change
the breakfast buffet had a decent variety.
I was disappointed by the sapphyr lounge service. I waited nearly 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. even after i requested a menu, the hostess seemed unconcerned (i found her attitude unprofessional). when i went to pay with cash, i was told they didn't have change.
